Frame profile & timber

68 x 81mm Dark Red Meranti, 3-ply laminated, kiln-dried to 9–11% moisture, high density 450–500 kg/m³. A wider frame section is available on request.

Sash, classic panelled models

68 x 140mm Dark Red Meranti, 3-ply laminated, kiln-dried to 9–11% moisture, high density 450–500 kg/m³.

Sash, boarded CNC models (“rabotè”)

68mm veneered marine plywood with CNC engravings and decorative solid wood parts, according to the model.

Standard glazing

Double insulating glass 4mm extra clear / 16 argon / 4mm Low-E: Ug = 1.1 W/m²K, Rw = 36 dB. Many other glass combinations are available.

Standard hardware

Roto DoorSafe multi-point lock series, in various versions.

Seals

Two perimeter seals for high insulation performance.

Water drainage

Aluminium water bar at the bottom for complete air and water tightness. Alternatively, an automatic drop seal (with no step on the floor) that protects against draughts but is not fully watertight.

Panels

Decorative panels in solid wood combined with veneered marine plywood, in many types (flat, raised, pyramid, etc.).

Accessories

Mosquito nets in a special solid wood extra frame 94 x 72mm, alarm magnetic contacts, decorative iron grids, electric opening, etc.

Architraves

Interior 13 x 60mm, exterior 9 x 30mm.

Painting takes place in robotic electrostatic painting facilities:

1. Impregnation

   The window is sprayed and fully flooded with fungicidal preservatives in a flow-coating chamber.

2. Drying

   In a closed room with controlled temperature and humidity, followed by sanding of the surface by machine and by hand.

3. Robotic electrostatic painting

   A four-stage cycle with varnish and colourants or RAL colours. Every stage is followed by the necessary drying time, sanding and strict quality control, up to the final coat.
